• Class A or B properties
• 50,000 – 300,000 square feet
• Suburban and urban areas located in primary and secondary markets throughout the Southeastern United States

Commercial Real Estate – Retail
• Stabilized properties with cap rates of 10% plus for buildings with 80% plus occupancy
• Partially vacant and vacant buildings priced below replacement cost
• Primary and secondary markets throughout the Southeastern United States

Commercial Real Estate – Industrial
• Stabilized properties with cap rates of 10% plus for buildings with 80% plus occupancy
• Partially vacant and vacant buildings priced below replacement cost
• Primary industrial markets throughout the Southeastern United States
