Celebrating 20 Years of Glenfield Capital

This year marked a major milestone for Glenfield Capital: 20 years of creating value, building relationships, and navigating ever-changing markets. From weathering the financial crisis of 2008 to adapting through the post-COVID environment, the past two decades have brought both challenges and opportunities. Today, with our portfolio 96% leased and strong momentum across our markets, we are excited for what lies ahead.

To celebrate the occasion, team members, partners, and friends gathered for an evening of laughter, recognition, and reflection. The event also marked a first in company history: Glenfield Night Live was recorded in front of a live studio audience.The evening featured special guests, memorable performances, good-natured roasts, and plenty of stories from the last 20 years. Most importantly, it provided an opportunity to recognize the people who have helped shape Glenfield Capital's success.
