Glenfield Capital Announces 15,827 square feet of Leasing at The Corners Technology Center

The United States Tennis Association, headquartered in White Plains, New York, signed a new lease for 3,150 square feet at 6075 The Corners.

Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of pediatric homecare services, renewed its lease and expanded into 12,677 square feet at 6075 The Corners.

The Corners Technology Center includes buildings 6025 and 6075 The Corners, modern two-story, creative office facilities that have been recently renovated. Totaling 95,000 square feet, the property offers 23,000 square-foot floorplates, dual fiber connections and convenient surface parking. Park amenities include newly enhanced outdoor areas with seating and meeting areas, walking and jogging trails, and electric car charging stations. The center also includes access to a nearby fitness center in a sister building with state of the art cardio and weight training equipment. A conference center, also located in a sister building, is equipped with modern meeting equipment, flexible seating and Wi-Fi. Amenities also include on-site property management and security patrol.
