Glenfield Capital Completes Lease Up of 4800 North Point Parkway

Glenfield Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, today announced that it has secured a new 13,309 square-foot lease with Pipeline Cynergy Holdings (dba Cynergy Data) at 4800 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, a suburb in North Fulton county, Georgia. With this transaction, the 75,000-square-foot, Class-A property is now 95 percent leased.
Named three times as one of Inc. magazine’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies, Cynergy Data is a payment services provider, managing a portfolio of more than 100,000 merchants processing in excess of $10 billion annually. The company is relocating and expanding from another North Fulton location.
