Glenfield Capital is pleased to announce 26,877 sf of leasing activity during 2015 at its Class A mid-rise office building located in Johns Creek, Georgia.  A full lobby renovation was completed this year bringing the building to a best in class state in the market. 6465 East Johns Crossing is now considered the finest building in the Johns Creek market.

CorTrans, a market leader in the specialty freight business, renewed its lease and is committing to keeping its headquarters at the building long term.  James Cate, Managing Principal of Glenfield Capital, was pleased to work directly with the CEO of Cortrans, Bill Cortez, to complete the transaction. “Mr. Cortez is a charismatic leader, and it’s a positive reflection on the property to keep this dynamic company in our building.”

Other leasing activity included Anheuser-Busch expanding, Meriwether & Tharp relocating their primary office from North Fulton, a new lease with Miracle Software and a new lease with Creative Pixel.
