Glenfield Capital is enthused to sign on as a Supporting Sponsor of the Columbia Museum of Art’s exhibition Jackson Pollock: Mural (on view December 5, 2018–May 19, 2019). Glenfield coordinated an event to share a private docent-led exhibition tour and VIP experience with executives of its tenants at 1441 Main, located next door to the Columbia Museum of Art and overlooking its courtyard.

“We also wanted to get to know the museum and its new executive director, Della Watkins,” said Glenfield’s Managing Principal, James Cate, whose company purchased the office tower next to the museum in June 2017. “We are excited to own a very well-located, top-of-the-market asset that offers an opportunity to create additional value in meaningful ways.” Glenfield’s 1441 Main Street building is anchored by Wells Fargo. Other tenants include Accenture, GSA, IBM, AT&T and US Bank.
